Assignment 20 - Kassidy Stumbo

I have few raw tallents in life - skiing, darts, and making salsa. Since darts and skiing require a little too much physical demonstration, I will go with making salsa for my 'How To'.

First, you'll need ingredients. Meijer or Kroger will work. Fresh market is nice if you really wanna get fancy. You will need: tomatillos, tomatoes, cilantro, red onions, jalapeƱos, and lime juice. Depending on how spicy you like things, you can get hotter jalapeƱos.

First: cut the tomatoes and tomatillos into 4 slices each - cut smaller if they aren't blending well.
Second: put everything in the blender (a ninja is recommended - those things are magic).
Third: press the 'start' button and keep blending as you feel necessary.
Fourth: add more cilantro/jalepenos depending on the spice level you're comfortable with.
Fifth: add salt and more lime juice as needed.
Sixth: enjoy!

Wait no - seventh: buy chips (whole grain tostitos scoops are recommended).

Now enjoy!
