Assignment 25- khalid browne

I manage a lot of my stress by finding time to exercise or take power naps, or even eating food, or playing videogames. Also try managing my stress by breaking down all the things I need to do into little parts, to make the big task not seem as big anymore. Helps ease a lot  of the stress. Even simple things like chewing gum, listening to music or even cleaning also helps with my stress. Also like talking to people about my problems and why I'm stressed and that ability to vent makes the stress go away and that's really nice. And I find all of these to be extremely effective and it always helps manage my stress and I love it.
