Assignment 8 - Kassidy Stumbo

Fears: sinkholes, sharks, tornadoes, losing my family, the ocean
Annoyances: mouth noises, drivers who don't use their turn signal, sports things
Accomplishments: keeping a 4.0 thus far, being my nephew's favorite aunt
Confusions: racism, hatred, Louisville fans
Sorrows: stubbornness, temper
Dreams: visit every SEC football stadium, become an ESPN analyst, visit every continent
Idiosyncrasies: getting in my car through the passenger side every morning
Beloved possessions: autographed Cam Newton football, signed UK basketball (& my dogs if that counts)
Problems: being stubborn, overreacting

FEARS:

First and foremost, sharks. Boy am I afraid of sharks. But I really am not sure why considering I've never had any close encounter with one, or even seen one in the wild. I love watching shark week every year from the safety of my couch, but that's about as close to a shark I ever plan on getting. The ocean pretty much goes along with the shark thing - so much of it hasn't been explored and that is quite frankly terrifying to me.

Second, sinkholes and tornadoes. If we're being honest here, all natural disasters scare me. But tornadoes and sinkholes hold a special place on my long list of fears. My lovely brother and sister often send me screenshots of articles about huge sinkholes to scare me. When the sinkhole happened at the Corvette museum in Bowling Green, I think I nearly had a heart attack. As for tornadoes, how could you not be scared of them? They literally destroy everything in their path.

Losing my family has always been a huge fear of mine. I'm bad to immediately think of the worst possible situation. Any time my mom and dad doesn't answer the phone, I start thinking they've wrecked or something awful has happened. That definitely contributes to my "problems" list above as well.
