Assignment 12- Kalin Combs

Assignment 12:
A Day in the Life of My Phone
I start each day after a short night's rest, where I recharge and refresh. I scream loudly several times until Kalin gets up and unplugs me. She takes me to bathroom where she sits on the counter to get ready, as I sing songs from her favorite Spotify playlist. When she's ready, we get in the car and go school, and I entertain her the whole way there while she drinks her coffee. During the day I lay on her desk, but when she's standing she carries me in the waistband of her leggings. I buzz several times a day to let her know her friends need to tell her something. I take lots of pictures of her and send them to her friends on Snapchat, even though it drains my energy. That's okay though, because Kalin comes prepared every day with charger that helps re-energize me. I'd do anything for Kalin, because we've been through so much together. I know all her secrets and hopes and dreams. I've captured all her memories, both happy and sad. Sometimes I mess up and Kalin gets mad, but truthfully I'd do anything for her. I've always been a reliable source of comfort and entertainment for Kalin, and I don't know what we'd do without each other.
