Assignment 15- khalid browne

Prompt 3: I think what grinds my gears the most I s people who try to be something they are not, lying, and wasting time. People who try to be something they are not is the most annoying thing on the planet,because it's unnecessary. When you're being yourself, you're showing that you're unique and that you've a mind of your own. People want to be around a leader not a follower, because if you decide to become a follower people will decide to run over you to become a leader. The reason why I dislike it so much because when you follow other people and don't have a mind of your own you do the wrong things and you turn yourself from such a great individual into a criminal and that's not good. Lying is a sin and it should be everyone’s pet peeve because it's wrong and it hurts others. Those who lie, lie because they don't want to take responsibility for their actions and sadly lying is something that we all do to often, some more than others. It needs to stop because it hurts other, and when you say the truth it sets your mind at ease. Lying is a small step into a life of a criminal and no one wants to be a criminal. Also when telling a lie you have to remember that lie so when someone ask you again you don't accidentally tell the truth. Why not just tell the truth in the beginning, so you don't have to remember what lie you said. A lot of us lie, but we need to try our best to get rid of that nasty habit. You really want to know what grinds my gears(not as much as the others but it's still frustrating) people who waste time. If I have somewhere to be and I'm giving you a ride or if you and I are going somewhere for a time, I don't want to be late. So when I say we are leaving at 2 o'clock, that means I expect you to be in the car by 1:59 and wait. Don't take your sweet time like you have all the time in the world. If you can control time to your will, and stop, speed up, or slow down time, please do it because there's so many things I want to do but I don't have enough time to do them. If you can't, then move it please because when I'm in the car at 2:00:01, I'm expecting for you to be right next time ready to go. Not in the house still deciding whether or not you're going to wear long or short sleeve. Wasting people's time just show you don't care, so if you don't then you need to make room for people who do.
